Bitcoin recovered to ~$65,200 after an early-August dip near $62,000, up 3.7% on the week with ETF demand providing a floor. The Senate couldn't muster the 60 votes needed to pass the CLARITY Act before its August recess โ only 51 showed up โ pushing crypto regulation action to September 14 at the earliest.
